With a shortage of resale inventory across the country, making new construction data readily available to agents gets people into homes faster.
According to Bill Gaul, CEO of Builders Update, new home data availability for agents is often spotty and difficult to acquire. The agreement will initially make approximately 100,000 current new home listings from builders nationwide that are willing to compensate agents for bringing them pre-qualified buyers, and that number continues to grow daily. BuildersUpdate.com only allows Builders who agree to pay a commission to agents to participate in this arrangement, and they do not syndicate their privileged data to consumer-oriented sites.
